A: We are located in Northwest Washington State, approximately 10 minutes from Anacortes and the Deception Pass Bridge.
A: Our rates vary depending on the type of housing you choose for your horse.
We offer:
In Barn: 12' x 12' Box Stall with rubber mats and 12' x 24' sand Paddock - $900 per month.
In Barn: 12' x 12' Box Stall with rubber mats and 12' x 12' sand Paddock - $850 per month
Paddocks: #1- 18: 45' x 80' with a 3-sided covered Run-In shelter with rubber mats: $800 per month.
All boarders are provided a tack locker, boarder to provide their own lock.
A: Yes, we offer a 5% discount for clients who board multiple horses with us.
Our experienced and attentive management will provide high-quality hay (Orchard, Blue Grass, Grass Hay or Alfalfa) fed three times daily. We feed hay that is tested and Certified by the NFTA.
Supplements provided by horse owner, hydrated and fed daily.
We offer individualized care for each horse.
- All incoming horses must be current within 6 months on State and County required vaccinations. Coggins and Health Certificate from an Equine Veterinarian required if coming from a different State. Horse Owner shall provide proof prior to move-in date. Horses from CA, OR, NV & TX must test negative for (Vesicular Stomatitis).
- Our facility does not allow outside dogs onto the premises.
- Smoking and vaping prohibited, but if you must it is only allowed next to the concrete manure management area.
- Anyone under the age of 18 year must wear a MIPS approved riding Helmet.
- Our facility does not offer Gaming Disciplines.
- Our facility hours are 7:00 AM - 8:30 PM. (Hours will vary depending on the season).
